With success in entering the U.S. social casino market just last month, Thunderkick is now heading north to Canada.

The Sweden-based real money slots studio announced last week it has secured a license to go live in Ontario online casinos, Canada, on June 12.

“Ontario, here we come,” the company said in a press release. “This marks a significant milestone in our journey, as we begin operations in Ontario under the approval of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission. Our innovative and acclaimed gaming titles will soon be available to a new audience, driving forward our growth strategy in this key market for 2024 and beyond.”

Thunderkick already has an impressive list of existing partners that feature their games. That list includes bet365, William Hill, Unibet, and PokerStars Casino, to name a few.

With their launch in Ontario, it will be interesting to see what games go online first. Will it be the party animal lion in King of the Party, or will everything turn to gold in Midas Golden Touch 2? Let’s take a look.

Midas Golden Touch 2

The much-awaited sequel to the beloved slot game Midas Golden Touch is here.

Midas Golden Touch 2 follows along the same story of King Midas in Greek mythology who could turn everything he touched into pure gold. There is also a Miss Midas slot game who also turns things to gold with just a touch. Miss Midas is available at BetMGM, BetRivers, and other online casinos.
Thunderkick launched Midas Golden Touch 2 in May. The game is played on a 3×5 grid screen with 15 paylines.

The game features Multiplier wilds, the Gift of Midas feature, and a Bonus Game. Land on three or more scatter symbols and you will trigger the Bonus Game. The theoretical RTP for the game is 94.27%, high volatility like King of the Party. The minimum bet in this penny slot is $0.10 with a maximum set at $100.00.

The current market price of gold is $2,292.60 an ounce. So at least now you have a goal to reach. Maybe you too will experience the touch of Midas and turn your winnings into gold.

King of the Party

Hooked into the proper audio system, the music in King of the Party may get you to unleash your inner party animal. Your DJ in the game is none other than a majestic lion known as DJ Roar, spinning tracks that keep gameplay lively.

King of the Party is a 5×6 screen video slot and one of the company’s newest releases.

Eight or more identical symbols anywhere in the game will constitute a winning combination. The winning symbols are then removed from the screen, known as the Avalanche feature, and all empty positions are replaced with new tiles.

With Scatter Pays, Multipliers, and Overlay Multiplier symbols, every spin in the game is a chance to win big.

Land on enough scatter symbols and a Bonus Game takes you to an exclusive VIP section of the party, with Exploding Wild symbols that can drastically multiply your earnings and the chance to retrigger bonuses.

The theoretical return to player (RTP) rating for this game is 94.32%, which means it has high volatility. RTP is the term casinos use to describe the percentage of all the wagered money a slot machine will pay back to players over time. For example, if you make a hundred $1 bets on a 90% RTP machine, you might expect to get back about $90 in wins. The minimum bet for the game is $0.10 and goes up to a maximum of $100.00.

DJ Roar just might spin you into some big wins.
