Miami Dolphins (2-6) visit Hollywood to take on the Los Angeles Rams (4-4) on Monday Night Football to cap off Week 10.

We pinpointed the best MNF player props with several Dolphins and Rams prop bets involving Matthw Stafford, Tua Tagovailoa, Tyreek Hil, De’Von Achane, Kyren Williams, Puka Nacua, and Cooper Kupp.

The Rams are a slight favorite at -1 and the points total is 50 over/under. The total is on the high side considering these two teams have a combined points average that’s less than 36 ppg. Their defenses are subpar, and the Dolphins allow 23.4 ppg and ranked #28 in defensive DVOA. The Rams give up 24.3 ppg and they’re ranked #24 in defensive DVOA.

The Dolphins average 15.5 ppg this season, which is the second lowest scoring team in the NFL. The Rams average 21.3 ppg, yet ranked #12 in offensive DVOA. However, the best offensive weapons on both teams are healthy, so oddsmakers expect a high-scoring game.

Best MNF Player Props: Touchdowns

Kyren Williams from the Rams is the outright favorite to score the first touchdown (+370 odds), an anytime touchdown (-230), and multiple touchdowns (+245). The second year running back scored 10 touchdowns including eight rushing scores. Last week’s overtime victory against Seattle was the only game this season in which Williams did not reach the end zone. He also has not scored a rushing touchdown in his last two games despite racking up eight in his first six games.

Quarterback Matthew Stafford threw six touchdowns in the last two games, which coincided with the return of wide receivers Puka Nacua and Cooper Kupp.

Dolphins vs Rams Prop Bets: Rushing

The Dolphins average nearly 134 rushing yards per game and utilize two main backs, which could make their prop bets difficult to predict.

Mostert averages 42.8 yards per game in five games this season. His total is 38.5 yards, which he exceeded three times in his last four games.

Achane averages 52.5 rushing yards per game including 4.5 yards per carry. Achane has a rushing total of 57.5 yards, which he went over four times this season including three consecutive games. We like him to rush for over 57.5 yards as one of our best SNF prop bets.

Dolphins vs Rams Prop Bets: Receiving

Hill averages 55.8 yards per game, but his number is much higher at 94.0 yards in the three games that Tua finished. Hill has a SNF total of 76.5 yards, which he exceeded only twice.

The versatile Achane is also used in the passing game, and he averages 37.8 receiving yards per game. His production skyrockets when Tua is back in the lineup. He has four games with more than 50 receiving yards, and we love his over of 45.5.

Achane has a combo yardage prop bet of 102.5, but he only averages 90.3 yards per game.

Nacua appeared in only three games this season, but he averages 50.7 yards per game. In his first game back from an injury, Nacua caught seven passes for 106 yards. He was shut down last week with just one catch for 11 yards. His total is 71.5 yards for SNF.

In four games this season, Kupp averaged 75.5 yards. Kupp has a SNF total of 67.5 yards, and we like his over.
