Stackr Casino Review
Stackr Casino is the first completely American social casino! The new social casino opened their virtual doors in October 2023 and has garnered plenty of new users since the launch. Stackr offers fun casino games, a VIP program, and reliable customer support.
In this Stackr Casino review, I go through the most important aspects of the gaming experience on the social casino. I signed up on Stackr to get the welcome bonus and to test the site for you! Let’s get started!
The first thing I did was to sign up, which was quick and convenient. First you choose a username, then put in an email address and a password. Then I got a confirmation email and after that I had to put in my phone number. Note that you don’t get the welcome bonus if you don’t provide all of these details!
Once I was done with registration, I was able to see my information. I could edit my profile, change password, buy coins, redeem cash prizes, and see my bet history. These are all important features and it was nice to see them all laid out clearly and get easy access.
Most importantly, I can see the amount of gold coins and sweeps coins I have at all times, as well as the level I have on the loyalty program and the progress I’m making. Overall, I was happy with the speed of the registration process and was eager to get to playing games with my welcome bonus.
The Stackr Casino no deposit bonus is 10,000 gold coins and 5 sweeps coins. I didn’t have to make a payment to get these coins and I also got 10 spins for Hold & Win games which was a nice perk. I got the gold coins and SCs as soon as I was done with the registration so I was pleased with this process as well.
If you do want to purchase coins, Stackr is offering a 50% match on purchases up to $99.99 which means a lot more coins! The purchase options start at $9.99 which gives you 10 SCs and 50,000 gold coins. Remember that you don’t have to buy any coins on Stackr; you get plenty more just from the daily login bonus.
The Stackr game lobby shows the top games on the social casino. I will say that personally I found the massive banners for bonuses and promotions a little distracting, but once I got over that I started to look at the games.
My bonus spins were applicable to the Hold & Win slots, so I first took a look at those and chose to play Tiger’s Luck which I liked well enough for the ten spins, but then wanted to try something else.
By scrolling through the lobby, I noticed that Stackr provides slots, arcade games, and scratch cards. I can also find these options from the side bar on the left hand side; the categories also include Recently Played, Favorite Games, Jackpots & Megaways, and Hacksaw New & Popular (Stackr has a special partnership with the game provider). I spent some time playing games from each of the game categories and note my thoughts on them below.
As mentioned, Stackr Casino splits their slots into a couple of different categories. It’s useful for players who only want to play Megaways games, for example. I went through each of the sections and played a couple of the slots from each. I particularly liked Rags to Witches, Gemini Joker, and Immortal Desire. Other great options are Fire Joker and Starlight Princess.
One aspect I didn’t love was having to click “Load More” after two rows of slots. It would’ve been a nicer experience if the slots kept loading on their own but this was mainly a minor inconvenience.
Altogether, Stackr Casino has over 200 slot games which is a decent amount. I’m not gonna lie, there are plenty of sweepstakes casinos with more slots than that, but Stackr is still quite new. Hopefully they will introduce some more games in the near future as players might like more options.
In my opinion, Stackr Casino has a big selection of scratch cards. However, there are social casino sites that are focused on scratchers like Scratchful Casino, so this might not be a big selling point for most players. If you do like to scratch away for a couple of rounds, there are some excellent options on Stackr.
I played Crazy Donuts and Happy Scratch, both functioned well and the graphics were quite fun. However, I think scratch cards just aren’t my thing so I moved on quite quickly without winning anything significant.
I found “Arcade Classics” an interesting category at first glance and was eager to test out some games. The highlight for me was Plinko Rush which was high speed and provided a fun alternative to classic table games. Other arcade games include Blocks Dare2Win, Hi-Lo, and Wheel Dare2Win.
I think these options aren’t very common on most social casinos so it was nice to see something different, although the game selection was quite small still. If you’ve tried some other social casinos that offer more traditional casino games and those weren’t your thing, you might like Stackr instead.
I didn’t accumulate enough SCs during my gaming session to be able to cash prizes, but I did check out the process. First, you have to have 100 SCs to redeem, which is a lot in my opinion. Second, you can only redeem 100 SCs in a month.
You can request the cash prizes to be sent to your bank account or cryptocurrency wallet, so not very many options there. It takes between 3 to 10 days to complete a redemption request.
After playing slots and the other games for a while, I checked out the other features on Stackr. The first thing to catch my eye was the VIP System; it could use a catchier name for sure. However, the program is quite simple: you start on Bronze level which as zero purchase requirements, 1% Coin Boost Daily, 1% Rakeback Weekly, and 5 SC played per month.
If you purchase gold coins, you can start moving through the levels up to Ruby. You must increase your purchases (and spend more coins playing), which I find a bit annoying since one of the perks of playing on social casinos is that you can play for free. However, if you do advance through the VIP program, you increase your Rakeback.
Rakeback means getting some of the house edge paid back as sweeps coins which is an excellent perk for those who spend money on Stackr since you can redeem sweeps coins as real money. However, I don’t think the overall benefit is enough for me to be interested in the loyalty program so I’ll stay on the Bronze level for now.
I saw few other promotions but maybe I get more if I play more. I get a daily login bonus like on most other social casinos and a refer-a-friend bonus (5K gold coins and 15 SCs) which is a pretty good deal but only applicable if your friend purchases a coin package. I would’ve liked to have seen a couple more promos but maybe I’ll get some later on.
Next I wanted to see the support options. I clicked “Help Center” which led me to Stackr Casino FAQ. While not extensive, you can find answers to some questions there, like whether Stackr has an app (they don’t) or how bonuses are calculated (mix of gameplay amounts and results).
If you have more specific questions, you can reach out to the customer support team. At the time I tested, they accepted live chat requests between 7AM-9PM ET. I tried them outside that window and was requested to leave a message for the team and they would get back to me within the service hours.
I didn’t have any problems with Stackr so I didn’t leave a support request but overall, the process seemed quite simple and easy to follow through.
I think Stackr is on its way to becoming an excellent social casino site. It was fun and interesting games, an excellent welcome bonus for new players, and a rewards program with some actual perks.
On the negative site, the game catalog is a bit small and the VIP Program requires purchases. However, these are minor disadvantages in my opinion and I will come back to Stackr Casino at a later time!
Stackr is included among Colorado online casinos, Maryland online casinos, New York online casinos, and Wyoming online casinos; check whether it’s available in your state on BonusFinder US.
